Computer Control
The new menu guided ISC-control system is available in two models- the basic model ISC-B20 and the model ISC-E40 with a large touch screen.
Creating or calling up of production programs is clear and simple for the user. The touch screen is destined for both input and monitoring.
During the program run production parameters as brine temperature, brine pressure, production speed or condition of pressure filter are permanently indicated (Parameters depend on type of machine).
additional appliances as transport conveyor or tendrizer are controlled synchronously by the computer system and thus integrated in the production line. The computer system also controls all safety functions or subprograms ( as cleaning, product transport or brine filter system) and production parameters are permanently processed. The computer system is equipped with an interface for the communication with new Inject Starproduction data collection system. Thus a complete data collection for a later check or further processing is available.
