Tumblers and Massage systems of Inject Star
Massage systems and tumbler technology have developed significantly in the last few years. Current control technology allows machines to be used in a much more product-oriented way, and machines have been developed that offer significant advantages for a specific product segment.
An additional trend is the use of cooled massage systems. Product handling in the desired temperature range has a significant effect on the quality of the final product and is greatly superior to processing on a non-cooled line which is located in a cooling chamber.
Intensive Massaging Systems are used in the production of pressed ham. This new type of system offers several advantages to the producer. The significantly shorter massaging time saves time and money. Complete purging and efficient cleaning reduce product loss and ensure high hygiene.
The machines are programmed using a touch-screen. This is also an information display on the current operating status of the machine. All important production parameters are permanently displayed, and any error massages are also shown on the screen.
Inject Star also makes defrosting systems for thawing frozen meat, based on the Magnum Massaging System. With a Jumbo lid opening, these machines can be fed with frozen meat blocks directly via a conveyor belt. with the gentle thawing system from Inject Star, the weight, color and protein content remain unchanged.
All Inject star massaging systems can be connected to a production data collection module via the new touch- screen controls. This allows all production parameters to be collected by production lot and evaluated appropriately.
Inject Star has been developing and producing for more than 30 years at the production site in Hagenbrunn, near Vienna and is one of the world leaders in meat processing machines, with more than 30,000 machines in operation world- wide.
Computer Control
The menu- guided Inject Star computer control is available in two versions. As the basic model ISC-B20 and the ISC-E40 with a large touch screen. The operator can create and save programs simply and easily. The touch-screen is used for input. The input menu leads the operator through a logical sequence for the entry of production parameters such as temperature, vacum, speed and others. One or more programs can be linked together.
Additional devices on the machine such as cooling or thawing systems or loading lifts, are integrated in the controls sequence. The computer controls are also provided with an Ethernet interface, which allows them to be connected to a network. This provides the capability to carry out remote maintenance or to connect the machines to a production data acquisition system. Using the Inject Star production data acquisition system, all relevant production parameters for a machine can be acquired, stored and processed further.
